Speak while it is fresh, add a photo or type a few words. Mission Control keeps processing, completed work and items needing review in one place. Keep the next task and the time for it close by, in the tools you already use.

Keep tasks, calendar events and notes within reach in the Library.

- Google Tasks: view lists, create and edit tasks, complete tasks, and delete them.
- Google Calendar: view upcoming events, create events and delete events in your primary calendar.

## Bring your own tools and applications.

Your thoughts belong with the tools you use. Start with Google Tasks and Google Calendar, connected from Settings. Choose Tasks, Calendar or both. Disconnect in the app or revoke access from your Google Account.

The website shows complete app screenshots captured in the iOS Simulator with example data, including bottom navigation. These illustrate the interface, not a live Google connection.

More connections are coming.

The website includes a fixed, local example of automatic processing and resolving an incomplete date. Interactive example. Sample data; nothing is recorded or sent. It is a simplified illustration, not a live app session. In the current app, automatic processing is opt-in; manual review remains available.

## Your Google data

Read the [Google data disclosure](/privacy.html#google-data) and [Limited Use statement](/privacy.html#limited-use). Google user data is not used to train generalized AI models.

## App access and support

Tell us your device and what you would like to try. Availability, installation steps and testing terms are confirmed before joining. No public download or published pricing plan is offered here. The website includes a copy-email fallback and a prefilled private-access email.

## Before you try it

- Google Tasks and Google Calendar are connections you choose separately in Settings, not requirements for every capture.
- Automatic processing is off by default; you can enable it in Mission Control to create tasks from queued captures on that device.
- English and Lithuanian are interface options, not the limits of multilingual voice transcription. Review important names and dates in the transcript.
- Submitted audio is processed by Google's Gemini API. Audio and app content may be stored in cloud services to synchronize captures. Read the privacy policy for retention and deletion requests.
